نظمت جائزة حمدان بن راشد آل مكتوم للأداء التعليمي المتميز يوم أمس بكلية التقنية العليا للطلاب في دبي دورة تدريبية حول التميز الوظيفي ( كيف تصبح نجماً في أداء مهامك) للفئات التي يستهدفها برنامج مع بعد التميز و تحدث في الدورة د . أحمد عبدالعزيز النجار أستاذ علم النفس في جامعة الإمارات العربية المتحدة – العين ، حول المنطلقات الخمسة المحققة للتميز في الأداء و هي تحديد الأهداف و ترتيب الأولويات ، و رفع الدافعية و شحن الطاقة الذاتية و تجديدها و تنمية الكفاءة و المهارة و رفع الكفايات و الحرص على حسن الأداء و العمل إضافة إلى الإنضباط و الاستمرار ، و أفادت جميلة المهيري مشرفة برنامج رعاية التميز المتميزين أن الدورة تأتي في إطار حرص الجائزة على توفير المعارف و المهارات لدى المستهدفين بغية توفير الدعم العلمي لهم و تعزيز الرغبة لديهم نحو المشاركة في برامج التميز و دفعهم في اتجاه تحسين الأداء وصولاً إلى كفايات التميز مضيفة أن المحاور الأساسية كانت حول محاور التميز و بناء شخصية متميزة و تعلم كيفية التعلم و مواكبة التغير و التركيز على ما يفيد . و نوهت المهيري أن الدورة استهدفت 40 فرداً من الهيئات الإدارية و التعليمية باعتبارهم و سائط لنشر ثقافة التميز و التوعية بمعايير الجائزة في الميدان التعليمي .
