قالت خولة بحلوق مدير إدارة التميز التعليمي في جائزة حمدان للأداء التعليمي المتميز، لـ "البيان" إن الخميس المقبل سيكون اخر موعد لتلقي المناطق التعليمية لمشاركات منافسات الدورة 15، حيث تبدأ عمليات التحكيم من قبل 50 محكما مركزيا السبت المقبل وتستمر المرحلة الاولى حتى يوم 5 يناير 2013.
وأفادت بحلوق أنه لا يوجد تعديلات جوهرية على معايير الجائزة أو في شروط الاشتراك لهذا العام، حيث طبق تقديم الطلبات الكترونيا في جميع فئات الجائزة مثلما كانت الدورة السابقة وذلك عن طريق الموقع الإلكتروني للجائزة، مؤكدة وجود تفاعل مع صفحة الجائزة على موقع (Facebook) لعرض المستجدات أولاً بأول واستقبال الاستفسارات والتغذية الراجعة من الميدان التعليمي من داخل وخارج الدولة.
وأوضحت بحلوق أن تقديم الطلبات الكترونيا حقق توسعا في قاعدة المشاركة وبسط من إجراءاتها، كما انه ساهم في نشر معايير التميز بصورة أكبر حيث يستطيع الجميع الاطلاع عليها في أي مكان داخل الدولة وخارجها، حيث يقوم كل مرشح بأخذ نسخة من طلب الترشيح الخاص بكل فئة من الموقع الالكتروني للجائزة.
لا فئات جديدة
وذكرت، ان هذه الدورة لم تشهد اضافه اي فئات جديدة، فضلا عن تشجيع وترشيح المؤسسات المجتمعية في المناطق التعليمية للتقدم للجائزة في فئة المؤسسات الداعمة للتعليم، وخاصة المناطق التعليمية، موضحه أن الجائزة لديها طموحات كثيرة منها زيادة المشاركات، وخصوصا في التعليم الجامعي، وتحديداً طلاب جامعة خليفة إذ تضم تخصصات الهندسة التي تعتبر البيئة المناسبة لفئتي افضل مشروع وابتكار.

وأشارت بحلوق الى انها اجتمعت مع منسقي المناطق التعليمية للتأكد من استيفاء شروط مشاركة فئة الطالب المتميز تحديدا حتى لا يشكل عبئاً على المحكمين والمشاركين ذاتهم ، موضحة ان المناطق تتحكم في فئة الطالب حيث تقوم باستلام مشاركات هذه الفئة اما باقي الفئات فتتأكد المناطق من طريقة التوثيق وعدد الاوراق والمرفقات التي ينبغي ان يشترط بها المنافسة والا تتم استرجاعها، لافتة الى أن فئة الطالب تحتاج الى ارشاد لتحقيق معاييرها لذلك تم تكليف المناطق التعليمية بهذه الفئة.
وأكدت بحلوق أن عمليات التحكيم المركزي تبدأ يوم 22 من الشهر الجاري، حيث يمر التحكيم بمراحل عدة اولها التحكيم المناطقي وهو المرحلة الأولى للمنافسة لجميع الفئات وذلك وفقاً لاستلام طلبات الترشيح من المشاركين في جميع الفئات، والتحقق من استيفاء كل مرشح لشروط التقدم للجائزة في جميع الفئات، و تحكيم طلبات الترشيح في فئة الطالب المتميز فقط (محلياً) وفئات: الطالب/المعلم/المدرسة (خليجيا)، بالإضافة الى رفع الطلبات إلى إدارة الجائزة بعد اعتماد أسماء المرشحين للمشاركة من كل منطقة، وثانيا التحكيم المركزي وهو المرحلة التالية لتحكيم المناطق وذلك وفق عدة مراحل المرحلة الأولى : تقييم طلبات الترشيح والوثائق المرفقة، و المرحلة الثانية : التحكيم الميداني والمقابلات الشخصية والزيارات الميدانية للمرشحين، والمرحلة الثالثة : إعداد النتائج النهائية واعتمادها من مجلس أمناء.
