دشنت جائزة حمدان بن راشد آل مكتوم للأداء التعليمي المتميز يوم أمس مشروع "المستشار الالكتروني،" على موقعها الالكتروني بهدف تقديم خدمة الاستشارات في مجال تطبيقات وممارسات معايير التميز لفئات الجائزة وتعزيز قنوات التواصل المباشر مع المستهدفين الراغبين بالتقدم للمشاركة والتي تساهم في رفع مستوى جودة وثائق المشاركة وارتفاع فرص تحقيق معايير التميز .
وأفاد عبدالنور الهاشمي المدير التنفيذي للجائزة بالإنابة أن مشروع المستشار الالكتروني يأتي في إطار استراتيجية الجائزة لمواكبة متطلبات التطوير الإداري في حكومة دبي لتجويد الأداء والتركيز على العملاء وتحقيق المردود الأمثل من خلال توسيع الخدمات الداعمة للمتميزين في قالب يواكب التطورات التقنية ويحاكي الخدمات الذكية التي أصبحت تطبيقاتها متاحة في المؤسسات والدوائر الحكومية مضيفا أن التعليم يشهد تحولا نوعيا في أدواته وأساليبه ويتجه سريعا إلى التطبيقات التقنية الذكية، وهو ما يحتم على ضرورة تناغم الخدمات التعليمية الداعمة مع هذه المعطيات لكي تحقق عملية التكامل والجودة في أداء المنظومة، مؤكدا أن جائزة حمدان تهدف في هذا المشروع إلى توحيد لغة التواصل في العملية التعليمية وزيادة عدد المشاركات والفائزين في فئاتها وتعزيز التواصل المباشر مع مستهدفيها، متوقعا أنه يشهد عدد المشاركين ارتفاعا ملحوظا بعد تطبيق تلك الخدمات ومنها التفاعل عن بُعد والتحكيم الالكتروني .
من جانبها أشارت خولة بحلوق مديرة التميز التعليمي في الجائزة إلى أن المشروع يسلط الضوء على المستهدفين الذين التحقوا بورش تدريبية في فئات المعلم المتميز والمدرسة والإدارة المدرسية المتميزة وأفضل مشروع مطبق، إضافة إلى المشاركين في الدورات السابقة والذين لم يتمكنوا من الفوز والمرشحين من قبل الجائزة مضيفة إلى أنه تم اطلاق اسم "المستشار الإلكتروني" على هذا المشروع، لاعتماده على التواصل الالكتروني مع المستهدفين للإجابة عن أية استفسارات واردة منهم بأنسب الطرق لهم، مما يساهم في تحقيق رسالة الجائزة في الارتقاء بالأداء التعليمي ورعاية الموهوبين من خلال أفضل البرامج المحلية والعالمية للتنافس والتعاون الإيجابي وتشجيع روح المبادرة والابتكار والتميز في جميع المجالات لبناء مجتمع تعليمي متميز مؤكدة أنه من هذا المنطلق سيقوم فريق عمل المستشار الإلكتروني، والذي يتكون من مشرفين على البرنامج من قسم القياس والتصميم ومحكمين الجائزة، بالتواصل مع المستهدفين من خلال قنوات تواصل مختلفة مثل البريد الالكتروني، و موقع "الفيسبوك،" و" التويتر،" والمحادثة الفورية "live chat" بالإضافة إلى جلسات استشارية خاصة بالمستهدفين
