نظمت جائزة حمدان بن راشد آل مكتوم للأداء التعليمي المتميز يوم أمس الأول في مدينة الطفل بحديقة الخور المعسكر السنوي الثاني للطلبة الفائزين، والذي يأتي ضمن سلسلة من الأنشطة والفعاليات ضمن مبادرة رعاية الفائزين، التي تقدمها الجائزة لرعاية الفائزين في فئة طلاب المرحلة الإعدادية والمرحلة الثانوية ، وذلك بغية تقوية العلاقة بين الجائزة والفائزين بها.
وأوضحت خولة بحلوق مديرة إدارة التميز التعليمي أن الجائزة تنظم هذا معسكر بهدف تكوين رابطة للمتميزين ، تعمل على استثمار طاقاتهم ، وتوجيهها بالشكل الذي يحقق مصلحة الطرفين ، واستمرارية تميز الفائزين، مشيرة إلى أن الجائزة تسعى ، من وراء المعسكر ، إلى إجراء عملية مسح لمهارات ومعارف الطلبة الفائزين ، وتصنيفهم وفقاً لاستعداداتهم وميولهم ومهاراتهم.
ونوهت بحلوق بأن البرنامج التدريبي يشكل فرصة للترويج للجائزة ، والحفاظ على سمعتها العريقة ، من خلال الاستفادة من قدرات ومواهب الطلبة الملتحقين بالبرنامج ، وتوجيههم وفق فلسفة الجائزة ، وتنمية معارف ومهارات الطلبة المتميزين ، مضيفة بأن البرامج التي تقدم للطلبة من خلال هذه المعسكرات ، فرصة للطلبة للتعرف إلى بعضهم البعض ، وتحقيق التواصل في ما بينهم.
وأكدت بحلوق إن المشروع وضع معايير لاختيار الطلبة للالتحاق في معسكر المتميزين ، ومنها أن يكون فائزاً في فئة الطالب المتميز من الدورة 14 إلى 17 ، ومن المرحلة الإعدادية والمرحلة الثانوية فقط، ويشترط حصوله على أعلى الدرجات ، ويضم المعسكر طلبة التعليم العام والخاص من مواطني دولة الإمارات (ذكور وإناث) ، مضيفة بأن المعسكر شمل برامج تدريبية في مهارات القيادة والتخطيط ، وإدارة المشاريع ، والتطوع وتبني القضايا المجتمعية ، بالإضافة للعديد من الأنشطة والبرامج الترفيهية.
وأضافت أن المعسكر الطلابي يعتبر أحد أوعية تحقيق المبادرة ، وهو عبارة عن تجمع طلابي يضم 233 من الطلبة الفائزين من الدورة 14 وإلى 17 ، حيث يضم المعسكر مجموعة من الفعاليات والأنشطة التعليمية والترفيهية والمهنية ، بغرض تنمية المعارف والمهارات السلوكية والحياتية للطلاب الفائزين.
